VNG Reply 2022 is around the corner and is promising to offer meaningful activities. 

One of the key highlights of our event is the Lucky Draw, where you can go on a roller-coaster of emotions and stand to win a total prize up to 130 million VND. Lucky Draw sure is not an opportunity to miss for any Starters.

Check out the following details and get ready to try your luck.

1. Eligible Participants: All Starters
2. Location: Online on the event date via https://2022.vng.com.vn
3. Prizes: Total 55 prizes, worth up to 130 million VND.
4. How to join
– Each Starter’s ID Employee includes both letters and numbers. For example: Starter AnhNP2 has her ID Employee as VG09199.
– In case you don’t know your ID number, check it on mysite.
– Winners of the Lucky Draw will be announced both domain and ID Employee.

5. Lucky Draw Tool: Numbers will be drawn from a number software system provided by a third party

6. Announcements of the Results:
– After all 55 prizes are recorded, the Organizing Committee will summarize the results and email to the winners.
– How to confirm: Reply to the email of the Organizer for confirm. Confirmation time before 10:00 on 12/1/2022.
– If after 10:00 on 12/01/2022, the prize has not been confirmed  BTC will cancel the prize.

Note:
– Winning Starter must use the official VNG account to confirm on email ( according to official winner list)

7. Other regulations:
– We do not support exchanging prizes for cash or other gifts of equivalent value.
– By participating in the activity, Starter agrees that Organizers are permitted to use winners’ images to communicate and promote the event.
– We only resolve cases caused by our technical malfunction.
– Disputes related to personal reasons will not be resolved. In case of disagreement, the decision of the Organizers is final.

ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS
– I’m a foreign Starter/ an intern, can I join the Lucky Draw?
The lucky draw is included in the event of VNG Reply 2022, which an aim to look back on the journey of 2022. Thus, all Starters are working at VNG have the opportunity to receive lucky gift.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE RESULTS

a. How many rounds (turns) are there in each category?
Each category will have 1 rounds (turns). 

b. I don’t participate in the livestream but the one of the prize names my domain, do I have the right to receive the prize?
-You need to confirm receipt of the prize within the specified time to be considered a winner.

c. I do not watch the livestream but my colleagues recognize that I win the prize and represent me to do all the steps according to the regulations, is it okay?
We only confirm the Starter’s win if only the official Starter use his/her email to message us. We will not record valid cases of receiving replacement with another domain name.

d. In case I have won the prize, I have sent a message to Organizer team with my domain, but due to a slow network problem, I can’t send confirmation within 3 minutes, how will you solve it?
– Lucky Draw takes place online so we highly recommend all Starters to use stable networks and quick access to participate. We will not solve any complaints or receive prizes after the livestream ends.
– For some unexpected reasons (livestream delay, transmission line, network connection, …) may affect the time to confirm the results. We encourage Starters always prepare a syntax to receive the prize immediately.

REDEEMING OF THE PRIZE

a. I have no need to use the prize, can it be exchanged to cash or transferred to another Starter?
Prizes cannot be exchanged to cash and we will only award prizes and carry out the procedures with the winning Starter.

b. If the prize is damaged or malfunctioned, who can I contact to solve it?When redeeming the prize, we will transfer all information, warranty card, purchase address so Starter can actively contact if there are problems later.
