VNG opens a new Data Center in Ho Chi Minh City

Located at Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, the new VNG Data Center’s office area has officially gone into operation in early October.

VNG started deploying this office-data center project in mid-2020. After more than a year of construction, the “new neighbor” of VNG Campus has completed its office area to welcome the first employees. The construction area is 3,122m2 while the total usable area is 14,252m2 with four floors and a rooftop floor, which can accommodate nearly 1000 people.
VNG Data Center has an outstanding exterior design with two contrasting colors of black and orange, indicating a bold, modern technology vibe. In addition, the project’s highlight lies in the green garden in the main hall, with the meaning of linking technology and ecology, creating a personal and intimate space.

VNG Data Center is also equipped with modern technologies such as the car parking management system with automatic number-plate recognition; access control system with two-factor authentication (Face ID and employee card); security camera system; intrusion alarm system; … The technologies are up to international standards to serve the working process of VNG employees as well as meet the standards of a Data Center.

With the construction of this large-scale Data Center, VNG continues to show enormous investment in new technologies, as well as the desire to conduct the mission of “Going global”.
