VNG and Haegin provide users early access to Play Together VNG 

On June 25, Play Together’s first offline event in Vietnam was held at VNG Campus. The event was to give gamers and gaming experts early access to the Vietnamese version and collected direct feedback from them.

Play Together is an adventure game developed by a Korean company named Haegin. Its appeal has been certified through 10 million downloads on Google Play and its top 1 position among simulation games on App Store. In addition, the product is considered an effective educational tool for young children as it provides diverse interactive activities and trains players in financial management skills.

At the event, VNG officially announced the method used to switch from the international version to the Vietnamese one released by VNG. Besides, many valuable gifts will be sent to players in the game.
In March 2022, VNG announced to invest in Haegin in a Series B funding round with Korean and global enterprises including Kakao Games, KDB Industrial Bank, Lotte Ventures, and Storm Ventures… In that round, Haegin successfully raised $81 million and officially became the Korean “Unicorn”. Therefore, it can be said that the release of Play Together VNG not only marks the collaboration of Vietnamese and Korean Unicorns but also marks the official entry of VNG into the Metaverse.
